The Customer support Portal – PAC is an initiative of AMI – Tecnologias para Transportes, S.A. (AMI-TT) that has the intention of simplifying, via the web, the registration, consultation, and control of support applications. All these requests will be quickly analyzed and forwarded to the department responsible for the matter concerned. However, the benefits of this service are not here. Updating the customer’s personal and organizational information and consulting the current account, orders, service orders, after-sales support contracts-in force or terminated-are another of the CAP’s potential.
